The thriving at work report found that more than 300,000 people leave theirjobs every year due to insufficient support for Mental Health problems. Analysis showed that around 15 of people at work have symptoms of an existing Mental Health condition. It also claimed poor Mental Health costs the economy up to £99 billion every year. The reports author said Mental Health was a taboo subject in many workplaces.
