Two people are being treated for burns and smoke inhalation after a two-story apartment fire in Phoenix on Wednesday afternoon. Several others are displaced from their homes.
Phoenix Fire Department and other local fire crews are training with equipment such as the Firebird 10 to help with water rescues while monsoon season nears.
