BENGALURU, India, Feb. 25, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Nearly half of all businesses in India will implement robotic process automation (RPA) by 2024, according to a new IDC study commissioned by Automation Anywhere, a global leader in RPA. Triggered by COVID-19, the study further anticipates that RPA adoption rates will increase by 57% in just the next year.
The IDC study, which surveyed technology executives across India, combined with Automation Anywhere s survey of more than 1,600 customers in multiple industries, revealed that the pandemic spurred a recalibration of business plans accelerating digital transformation - and RPA adoption.
