His first major legislative victory as president. It triggers the most sweeping changes to the tax code in decades. At a signing ceremony in the oval office, the president called the republican bill tremendous. Everything in here is really tremendous things for businesses, for people, for the middle class, for workers. And i consider this a bill for the middle class and a bill for jobs. And jobs are produced through companies and corporations. You see that happening. Corporations are literally going wild over this. But democrats call the bill a scam.
