By recognizing those who not only have the traits of a photo generalist but also a great person. As a professional jerry has a rare combination of exceptional professionalism, reliability, a steady demeanor, attention to detail and an easy nature about him. And he had humility. He was quiet, thoughtful. When he spoke, we would listen because it meant he had something relevant to say. And he wanted us to listen. And we did.
