That were dealing with. Because its affecting us as a whole. And also for those in the audit, we Pay Attention to those in the community. Theres still people dying right now thats approach to approach you guys. They feel the situation is not going to be resolved. Personally trying my best to be as optimistic as i can towards this opportunity for us to be able to do Better Business, to bring Better Business to the community. Also to show the market that it can be done. If were going to start, we want to start right here in San Francisco at the grass root level and with you guys. Very appreciative of what youve done. Were talking about red lining. We understand it takes time to go for any conditional use, but time is money. Most of us aint got that money or time. Some people dying every day. Any other Public Comment on this item . Okay. With that, Public Comment is closed. Commission koppel. Its a thrill to see city kids opening up businesses in the city. Supported by other city kids. [applause] theres no clapping. I know everybodys happy but [laughter] also incredibly impressed with the outreach the project sponsor did with united save the mission, hence them being here supporting. And also the conditions they did agree to, we really hold in high value. So i really appreciate the project sponsor working diligently with the community. I really respect that the sponsor has Prior Experience working in the neighborhood. Obviously very overwhelming neighborhood support, filling in a vacant storefront. The nearby businesses are going to get busier. Theres going to be more people. People are going to be happier. Im highly supportive. I would like to see what other commissioners say. Thank you. Commissioner richards. So i accompany commissioner koppel and a few of the folks in th
Service to those who need it. Thank you. Next speaker. I have lived in the city since 1976. I basically totally oppose sb50. It is so flawed it shouldnt be considered. Another thing that bothers me the only good thing is getting housing close to transit. As another sp

Did say that any pdr areas we have in the pdas would share the access to resources made available to the Priority Production areas. That concludes my presentation. The timeline is such that is regional agencies asked for a deadline midjanuary for the local jurisdictions to submit nominations, which includes the board of supervisors per visors action endorsing these. We hope we can meet that deadline. With that i am happy to take any questions. Thank you for the presentation and for your work on this. Do you have any questions . Before we go to Public Comment, i would like to offer amendments to the resolution just to highlight the spirit and intent of the de designations. You should have received the copy of the amendments and first in consultation with president yee, i would like to amend to separate propos
