Off the heels of a rainy weekend in the Bay Area, forecasts for Thanksgiving week painted a much more pleasant picture, while travelers to the east coast may endure more stormy weather.
National Weather Service meteorologist cites "incredible complexity in meteorology that the best forecast models in the world are struggling with … we're trying to make heads of tails in the system."
