The Winnipeg Jets have named Scott Arniel as head coach. He replaces Rick Bowness, who retired after the Jets were eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by the Colorado Avalanche.
Scott Arniel came to Winnipeg in 2022 to join the staff of new head coach Rick Bowness.
Two years later, he is replacing his former boss as the Jets leader behind the bench.
