Local pianist Eliot Norman is pursuing his dream of playing more music since retiring from a lengthy career in law. He's performing with several musical friends Saturday, April 30th at 2pm in the Gellman Room at Richmond Public Library. He shared his thoughts on the concert and his life-long love of the piano with VPM's Mike Goldberg.

Trumpeter Rex Richardson will be performing with the Richmond Symphony on their upcoming Pops concert Saturday, April 23rd at 8pm in the Carpenter Theatre at Dominion Energy Center. VPM's Mike Goldberg talks with Rex about the program, which will "salute the smooth, seductive sound of Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn."
