the total deaths there to 10. now those numbers will continue to rise as more people get tested. and there is a new facility opening the east bay to make that easier. starting tomorrow, the first city-run covid-19 testing facility in the bay area is opening in hayward. let s go to nbc bay area s lili tan. she is live in hayward at the facility. lili, who is this for? reporter: well, it is free and open to the public, garvin. anybody can come here, but people want to make sure that they actually suspect they ve been exposed to the virus. they don t need a doctor s note to get into tent number 1 to be screened. but to get into next door, to tent number 2 just to the right, to get the actual covid-19 test, you ll need to be showing symptoms. that s fever, cough, shortness of breath, and other respiratory symptoms. only then will you get the test, which includes swabbing your nasal cavities and throat. for community member, if you are showing symptoms of the illness, regardle
