Estimated 30 million in additional funding to meet our annual operating needs. The citys population is growing, density is increasing, and that means that our parks are being used at an increasing rate. And we are actually adding new parks in order to meet that increased population growth and density. We acquired three new properties in calendar year 2013 and expect to add more parks over the next ten years. Our ability to make these investments stems from growth and revenue, as well as ongoing growth in the open space fund.
