UNRWA is a United Nations agency established by the General Assembly in 1949 and is mandated to provide assistance and protection to a population of some 5 million registered Palestine refugees. Its mission is to help Palestine refugees in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, West Bank and the Gaza Strip to achieve their full potential in human development, pending a just solution to their plight. UNRWA’s services encompass education, health care, relief and social services, camp infrastructure and improvement, microfinance and emergency assistance. UNRWA is the largest UN operation in the Middle East with more than 30,000 staff. UNRWA is funded almost entirely by voluntary contributions.

Overview
The Division of Information Technology at Horry-Georgetown Technical College is currently recruiting for a Banner Developer who will help drive a best in class user experience for our students, faculty, and staff. The developer will design and build enhancements to existing Institution ERP system (Ellucian Banner 9).
Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and six (6) years work experience in the modification and maintenance of system programs, the design and development of system, software, or the testing and debugging of system software. A bachelor’s degree in a related field may be substituted for the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of application administration in an institutional setting. Strong Coding Experience in at least one of the following: PL/SQL, SQL querying, JavaScript, Groovy/Grails.
