Voters passed Indian Hill Exempted Village School District s combined five-year operating levy and 30-year bond issue Tuesday, which will cost the average homeowner in the village about $1,890 per year.
Unofficial election results showed 94% of votes were counted at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday. The results showed 1,772 votes for the combined levy, and 1,423 votes against.
Indian Hill plans to use the approved tax dollars to help replace Indian Hill Middle School, Indian Hill Elementary School s sawtooth area and provide updates to districtwide mechanical equipment and security, according to the district s website.
The district says the combined levy s estimated cost is approximately $190 per year on a $100,000 home. Census data says the median income in Indian Hill is $995,500.
