Thats another advocacy issue. We could be charging as mechanism to do if there isnt im sure if we charge a patient for ambulance ride, work charg we can charge a hospital while were waiting for someone to take the handoff of the patient. On october 17th, 1989. For those of us who were around at that time, remember there was a moment when we didnt know what to do. The bridges were closed. It seems like we were really stuck. What happened is gods spirit within us took over and what happened is communities came together. The communities came together to not only address the immediate issues, but the more farreaching issues. Example, the San Francisco Interfaith Council was founded as a consequence. Can you imagine that week all of our faith decided we should Work Together as a community of San Francisco and Work Together. Thank you, god. You had to ring the bell a little loud, but we got it. Thank you for the First Responders, many of whom risked their lives. Thank you also for the individuals who are not First Responders, but who stepped out. They let god work in them. They have been blessed since this time since that time with the divine intervention of our god. Our god has given us Civic Leaders who make sure that our
