You can see the black sedan hitting officers doing his job that morning, trying to bring this side show to an end. It happened in richmond in the city. Not too far from where were standing at the Richmond Police department. Police have arrested the driver and officer in the car. The driver, juan vargas, of patterson, california, and the passenger, genesis diaz castaneda. They recorded the car stolen. Through the process, police were able to work with the Police Department and able to locate these two individuals. Them are facing serious charges of conspiracy as well as making a false police report. The driver is also facing attempted murder and assault with a Deadly Weapon.
