To be good for the medicare to do over time and to provide some kind of services and theyre in fact one of the things that would be good for medicare to be able to do over time is to provide not om some of those ombudsman kinds of services but potentially even a structure to help people manage the long term services. That might be an addon program that people would enroll in and pay a modest income related payment for in which they could get additional help in managing that system. But i think the whole idea of managing it and to the family members and then the area thats that and maybe even a model on to itself in terms of an innovation.
