As a reminder, the project for this building has been pending since 2013 and with this commissions input, landmarking was allowed late last year. Allowing us to work. Were happy to report that ceqa should be done later this week, allowing us to move into the entitlement hearings. It is also adding a new outdoor plaza and it will involve comprehensive, interior and exterior improvements that will benefit all tenants of the building and also insure its long term preservation future.
