I know you have been thinking about these issues for a while and it is something you have encountered a lot on the Armed Services committee and senator mccains policy advisor, but what was the genesis that led to you sitting down and writing the entire book . China has done in space im newsed initiatives in the 1990s. And i read them in the 1990s but wasnt until a few years ago people started saying, this is new. No, its not. They have an Economic Strategy thatdates back to 1979. A military strategy that dates back to mid1990 and have been going on a consistent approach and the world will be different and many cases thats not good. And we have to deal with that.
