The parents of a 10 year old boy are suing the city o the parents of a 10 year old boy are suing the city of dublin, california after that boy went flying off a water slide. You might remember this video. It shows the boy going over the side barrier and skidding across the wet pavement. He suffered numerous scrapes in the incident. His parents are now suing for 2. 5 million in damages, including for emotional distress. Water slides are still closed pending further safety testing.
