We already voted and unanimously supported the change in the arcade in the police code. What item 7 and 8 do is we changed the police code it was for new businesses going into the market corridor. I suggested to lets just hear these together and vote on these. We basically voted once on the police code and this is clean up. Correct. The only item to add is that both of these districts had prohibited arcades and this is permitting them and permitting them without conditional use. Its hard because i can see it in both ways but there needs to be something that protects the viability of these business in the small neighborhoods. To speak about how this Business Impacts mine, that we love these businesses coming in, but they are not there on the weekends. They dont leave the offices. Our actual revenues are down this year, lowest ever. Why in because they get catering. Not sure if you remember this slide. Its to replicate the current process that Business Owners have to go. They have to run around to different buildings and have to pick up forms and go online searching through different websites to get all the information and what i try to set out to do is get some of these arrows that are shown on the slide.
