last week was remembered at a vigil last night. the community came together at ark church where milton hill spent much of this time. mr. hill was remembered as a good friend and a good father. mourners gathered last night to remember him. mr. hill volunteered at the church doing odd jobs until he was found dead friday morning. police say he had been robbed of his green scooter. he was shot in the back. his life was celebrated. anybody out here that has something to do with this, something, you watch i m watching you. police say they found the scooter a few blocks away from the scene. it is being processed for evidence. posters are offering money for reward and have been posted all around the city. the woman accused of throwing her baby out a window has been charged. rebecca diane himes through her baby out the window shortly after giving birth. she is being charged with attempted murder. there is speculation that few people if anyone knew that she was pregnant. so
