The Sheriffs Office used a vehicle to barb in the suspects door. Once that door had been breached, officers launched pepper gas inside. The suspect surrendered with m minutes. The whole incident started at 1 55 this afternoon when deputies tried to serve an eviction order. That suspect shot one person. They used gas ever trying to negotiate with the man inside. We continued to negotiate and enter into a dialogue with the suspect but it kept breaking down at which time we decided to introduce gas into the residence and about 5 to 10 minutes later the suspect came out and surrendered.
