Home. Streetse is on frederick in downtown hagerstown. The story police were told was that one of the residents of that house went out on the back porch and found this newborn child in a plastic tag. Bag. The baby was taken to the hospital. Neighbors say it was freezing cold this morning. They couldnt understand how anybody could do such a thing. How could somebody do Something Like that . Its a baby. It doesnt know anything. At this point, police are investigating the possibility that the baby was not left on that port by somebody else but actually originated at that address.
