The first of seven summer get-togethers began on June 15 and will run through Aug. 10 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Different parts of town get showcased since each Play Streets event is held on a different block of the borough.
Fourth of July festivities are set to begin this weekend, and with celebrations taking place up to the holiday Tuesday, there will be five days of opportunities to observe Independence Day in the region.
With Independence Day on Tuesday, the weekend will be full of opportunities to enjoy the holiday in the Chattanooga region. There s plenty of other events as well to fill out the weekend itinerary.
