Stephen Martin, a full-time realtor on the North Shore, has joined LUX Realty North Shore at their flagship office in downtown Beverly.
Martin’s 20-year background in real estate includes property development, mortgage financing and sales. His passion is assisting individuals to grow their wealth through the purchase and sales of multifamily properties. Martin’s in-depth knowledge of the local rental markets provide his clients with financial snapshots that lead to sound and profitable decision making.
He was recently in the Top 1% of real estate agents for multifamily sales in all of Massachusetts from 2016-19.
