Cyber security experts are again blaming russians, just weeks after President Biden told Vladimir Putin to back off. Tonight, biden is weighing in, telling reporters, were not certain who is behind the attacks, adding, the initial thinking is that it was not the russian government. It still has 60 miles an hour winds, moving to the northwest at 14 miles an hour, which is slower than it had been movmovi. When it slows down, that usually means its gaining intensity. In this particular situation, its interacting with land between jamaica, cuba and the cayman islands. 5 inches of rain being reported in somejamaica. We have tropical storm watches and Storage Surge watches out for South Florida florida up towards ft. Myers and around the Tampa Bay Area. That is is significant. It tells us that the computer models, which have been in agreement that this was going to edge more towards the West Coast of florida, thats why they have issued watches, a Storm Surge and tropical storm watch. As far as the East Coast of florida, still the impacts will be felt across surfside as well. The w
