The top eight teams to play in the Cup quarterfinals of the Fiji Bitter Malomalo 7s have been confirmed.
In the Cup quarterfinals, defending champions Ratu Filise plays Army Green, Police Blue takes on Duavata Devo, Navutulevu battles Police White while Army Red plays Nahehevia Blues.

A new winner will be crowned at this year’s Fiji Bitter Malomalo 7s after defending champions Ratu Filise were bundled out in the Cup quarterfinals.
Ratu Filise were humbled by Army Green 19-7 in the first quarterfinal.
Army started strong and scored two first half tries to lead 12-nil at halftime.
They extended their lead to 19-nil after another converted try in the second spell.
Ratu Filise replied with a try of their own but it was a little too late.

The Coral Coast of Nadroga will be in hype this weekend with the Fiji Bitter Malomalo 7s at Lawaqa, Park in Sigatoka.
Games co-ordinator Semi Tanikili said top teams in Fiji had confirmed their participation and their involvement would give Nadroga-based sides good time to test their abilities.
“Police Blues, Blue Diamond, Army Green, Army Red, Ratu Filise and Wadigi Salvo are some of the top teams that we can confirm have already booked their spots,” Tanikili said.
