Brand is facing claims of rape, sexual assaults and emotional abuse from four women including one who alleged he raped her in his Los Angeles home when she refused a threesome in 2012.
The woman, in her 30s at the time of the alleged attack in 2012, was treated at a rape crisis centre in the US on the same day, according to medical records.
