The state patrol says the person who died was 49 year old terri skalsky of walford. Her vehicle crossed the center line on highway 151 near prairie drive in fairfax and hit another vehicle headon. Then a truck smashed into the passenger side of skalskys vehicle. 22 year old Hannah Looney of shellsburg was injured. She was in the second vehicle. The wreckage blocked the highway for hours. The Benton County Sheriffs Office says a grain bin accident this afternoon killed one person and injured another.
