Guidehouse has confirmed its agreement to be acquired by a Bain Capital Private Equity affiliate for $5.3 billion. The company’s executive team will remain in their roles, with Scott McIntyre continuing as CEO, Guidehouse announced from McLean, Virginia on Monday.
