TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - Families of murder victims that are still seeking justice for their loved ones, are sharing their stories during this National Crime Victimsâ Rights Week.
âBeing able to connect with people who have had that experience and sharing your story so they know theyâre not alone,â said Diana Figueroa, the daughter of Carlos Figueroa. Her fatherâs homicide has remained unsolved for 18 years.
