They are conserving energy for the latter part of the tournament. Angelique kerber, interesting to see how she was going to play with the form she was experiencing this year. She came through in straight sets. With a rundown of all of the action, here is often howard. If they won was all about andy, then fed up was the focus on day two austin. Back in action at the age of 35, one of the favourites brought the title. He lived up to his reputation, the first break against his ukrainian opponent. He has lostjust twice in 2017, that record was never under threat, taking the first set 6 4. However, his opponent retired, handing him his 84th win at wimbledon. I know a lot of fans outside of britain, so i am sorry that they did not see more tennis today. At the same time, wimbledon remains an unbelievable place for us to play and for fans to come to. developing throughout the day. temperatures, in theory, a little bit higher, but with the added wind chill from that northerly wind, it is, for many, going to feel a lot colder, particularly towards exposed coastal areas. now, the high pressure not too far away at all. it s gradually building in from the west as we head through the weekend. so it is looking largely dry towards east and coastal areas. towards east and coastal areas, then, we are expecting quite a brisk northerly wind to still be blowing. it s going to blow that cloud further westwards as we head throughout the day. so, clouding overfor many temperatures starting to slip for most as well, but still just below the seasonal average as we head through the weekend and on sunday, not a lot is set to change. the high pressure becomes more established as we head through into the start of next week. so, again, it is looking largely dry. as you can see from our outlook, the best of the sunshine in the west, cloudier and windier f
