Coronavirus infections in the uk have risen to their highest level forfive months. The Office For National Statistics says about one in 160 people had the virus last week, thats a 50 increase on the week before. Heres our medical editor fergus walsh. There are reports the countrys lawmakers have nominated the head of the senate, joseph lambert, as Interim President. A rival political faction, which includes the Acting Interim Prime Minister claudejoseph, says the move is unconstitutional.
