It was hanging off and there was another one piled on top of looked like the third car was piled on top sideways. It was kind of on top of cars and cars running into it once it was on the ground. Joining me is jolene camp. What do we know . Our local affiliate in the seattle area is reporting that three fatalities have resulted from this Train Derailment. Nbc news has not independently confirmed that number but our nbc affiliate is reporting three fatalities. Were talking about 78 people on this train, 5 crew members. This was a relatively empty train going southbound. The derailment was reported at about 7 40 this morning. Ntsb is now headed to this area to investigate. The president , President Trump has been briefed on the matter and is aware of this incident. You can see there that i5 going southbound has been shut down. The Southbound Service of cascade train 501 on amtrak has also been suspended. The Pierce County Sheriffs Department has told us that nobody died in the cars that
