While he was on the ground by his bike badly injured, a Second Group Came up to him and took his wallet. This is a wonderful neighborhood but there is a mounty of people. You have a person that is injured and a man that hit this individual. He is scared. It really is bad. Lowrys mother says they lost their home in berkeley two years ago.
