happening now or it s in there. it includes los angeles metro. area we are concerned there and we are concerned east of san diego. as well the radar image. notice lightning. it s showing electricity. it s showing the enhancement. we are looking at conductive. bands when you have convective, bands that enhances the rainfall rates. and that s why we are seeing those yellows and reds and oranges showing up in radar. they re showing us where the heavy rain is falling. that will be a concern over the next 6 to 12 hours. locally, up to five inches, you can see more especially in the mountains. this extends all the way to portions of montana. notice through the northern plains as well. and then even into utah. that cedar city. we re looking at the chance for heavy rainfall as well. and then there s flagstaff. we have seen gusty winds so far. this wasn t really ever a wind story. we are still seeing 84 mile power winds. and that would cause the mountain. it s going to continue that as we go th
