SPG Property has opened an office in Cirencester, marking its successful expansion into Gloucestershire.
SPG Property, a Wiltshire-based firm of chartered surveyors, has expanded into Gloucestershire, opening a new office space in Cirencester after securing a contract to manage Bishop’s Walk Shopping Arcade.
Acting as managing agents and joint letting agents on behalf of Padmanor Investments, the firm aims to improve the tenant line-up at the Cirencester shopping centre to give the retail space a welcomed boost after a tumultuous 2020.
A FIRM of chartered surveyors is celebrating after opening a brand-new office in Cirencester and winning a prestigious contract to manage the town’s Bishops Walk Shopping Arcade. SPG Property, which has its head office in Corsham, Wiltshire, was launched in 2017 by Spencer Gower, who has 25 years of experience in the property sector. The firm’s new office, based at Cirencester Office Park, Tetbury Road, was officially opened in November, and offers a wide range of services, including property management, asset management, agency and letting services and commercial and residential valuations.
