Philadelphia police met before protesters set out to review the First Amendment with commanders. Their Mission Clear as well. They have the right to protest. We support that. Everyone should know. Baltimores top prosecutor today charging the officers with the felonies in the death of gray. States attorney Marilyn Moseby says gray possers rest was unlegal and unjustified. His neck was broken because he was handcuffed shackled and placed head first in to a police van. Moseby also says grays pleas for medical attention were ignored as he bounced around that van.
