Putnam County SPCA Needs Your Help In Animal Cruelty Case
The Putnam County Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is looking for the public s help in it s current animal cruelty investigation.
The SPCA is trying to find out more information about the owners of a male mastiff American bulldog mix that was found Sunday morning lying on the road in Southeast.
According to patch.com, and the Putnam County SPCA, the dog in question was discovered at the intersection of Sodom Road and Brewster Hill Road. The dog was immediately taken to Guardian Veterinary Hospital, and was found to be severely underweight, had bone and bone tissue issues, severe dental disease, masses inside it s mouth, overgrown toenails, swollen paws, an untreated mass on it s back, and a broken left jaw.
