CONCERNED neighbours have lodged a number of objections against plans to demolish an existing house to make way for three new ones in Poole. A developer wants to take down the detached house at 18 Harbour View Road and replace it with three single detached homes, associated access and parking. However, neighbours are worried about the potential loss of a number of trees, possible flooding, traffic disruption and the closeness of the proposed homes to existing houses. A design and access statement, prepared by Pure Town Planning, explains each of the proposed detached two -storey houses will have four bedrooms and a study space.
