But now a dramatic new turn of events. A malaysian military source tells cnn their radar shows the plane may have still been flying an hour and ten minutes later. Instead of being off to the east coast of malaysia, it apparently turned to the opposite direction and flew to the malaka straits west of the peninsula. Its lastknown location according to the Malaysian Air force was just over this small island called pulau parak. Adding to the mystery, why were the transresponders in the cockpit used to tract plane turn turned off . You have to very a very deliberative process to turn the transresponder off.
