Declaring the intent of the board to order the vacation of the sidewalk portion of streets on the south side of Mission Street to allow a structure upgrade of 301 Mission Street highrise building known as the Millennium Tower and setting the hearing date sitting as a committee of the whole. Item 2 is an ordinance ordering the vacation of sidewalk portions of streets on the south side of Mission Street to allow a structural upgrade to 301 Mission Street, highrise building known as the Millennium Tower, rededicating the area to public use and adopt the appropriate findings. Item 3 is a resolution approving and authorizing a trust Exchange Agreement with the California State Lands Commission that would remove the public trust from certain transbay streets and impress the public trust on certain Fishermans Wharf street and adopting appropriate findings. We have a budget of 12. 3 billion dollars, and i didnt know in your mind how you can do a Needs Assessment with all the things that the tenderloin needs and you give them a dollar. You must be ashamed of yourselves. More after hearing the concerns of all the organizations that came here to give the tenderloin and the neighboring neighbors addons. So why cant we set aside 500 million to improve the tenderloin .
