On February 10, 2021, Alle-Catt Wind Energy LLC (ACWE) filed an application (Application) for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need (Certificate) pursuant to Article VII of the Public Service Law (PSL). If granted, the Certificate would authorize ACWE to construct, operate, and maintain a new overhead 345 kV electric transmission line and associated equipment (Transmission Facility) located in the towns of Freedom and Yorkshire in Cattaraugus County.
