Reporter there is a pretty large area that has been cordoned off around this crime scene. Im going to step aside here. You can probably see in the distance a cluster of police lights. Thats where we believe the investigation of this shooting at a Police Officer is focused right now. Lets go through some of the basics. That officer was shot at, but we are told that she was not hit by that gunfire. However, she was injured. We do not know how she was injured, if she was not hit by that gunfire. Reporter we didnt know that, but what i can tell you is that there is a terrace grekt directly beneath where he is, so one could assume that he may have gop out in that area, but i cant tell for you a tact exactly what is directly beneath him. But thats the next landing so it doesnt look like those windows you can open and lift up. So that would be the area that it looks like he may have been out in in that terrace area and climbed up directly because he was on one side of that corner and now o so that is the only landing their may have been accessible as he worked his way up. And police again have knocked out panels of a vent to try to get to him from that side, instead he worked around the corner and now climbing up the building there. And you talk about this street and how busy it is, all the buildings that are on this street are all blocked off.
