The victim was rushed to a private car to Crozer Chester Medical Center in one of the cars clearly involved. The windows had been shot out. No word on the condition of that victim. Early this Afternoon Police say they spotted a man walking along 13th street carrily a gun. They say he leveled it at them but they fired first.
