The chief executive and chief financial officer of Airborne Capital, a Dublin-based specialist aircraft leasing and management firm, have been accused by a former shareholder of conspiring to deliberately mislead it and induce it to sell an interest in the business “at a far lower price than it otherwise would have done”.
