The incident took place when the Nagaur-bound bus from Kherat carrying around 30 people had a head-on collision with a Kherat-bound trailer on the Nagaur-Ladnun highway
Following the complaint of the woman, police registered a first information report against the unidentified driver, conductor of the bus, their aides – including Amit Sharma and Sumit Sharma. Three other accused are yet to be identified
