Sedalia Police Reports For April 7, 2021

Tuesday evening, Officers were dispatched to the Police Station lobby in reference to a missing juvenile report from New Haven, 1902 South Ingram Avenue. Officers were told a 12 year old female had not returned home from school. A little over three hours later, the juvenile returned home, and a report was completed to document the incident.
Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of West 2nd Terrace for a disturbance Tuesday night. A resident inside was found to have two active Pettis County warrants for his arrest. Cody Wade Hayworth, 26, of Sedalia was arrested for a felony Failure to Appear warrant on original charges of Domestic Assault in the 3rd Degree and a misdemeanor Failure to Appear warrant on original charges of Domestic Assault in the 4th Degree. Hayworth was held pending a $20,000 cash or surety bond on the warrants.
