India Business News: NEW DELHI: The dispute between Info Edge and its portfolio company 4B Networks has reached arbitration after the management of the proptech startup le.
Info Edge (India): The court has also directed 4B Networks to preserve all books, records, accounts, databases, servers, any other devices, documentation or information of the company.
Info Edge said after it did not receive any information and access for the forensic audit, it sent a legal notice and also filed a petition before the Delhi High Court for protection under relevant sections of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
