The new School of Education, formerly known as the Department of Education, will allow for more opportunities to build connections between the undergraduate education programs within the College of Arts and Sciences and the university’s graduate education programs within the College of Professional Studies.
The project's projected cost is $93 million. It is made possible by a gift of $30 million from the Harold Alfond Foundation, the largest gift in university's history.
